Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If you receive a product that does not match the size ordered, is damaged upon delivery, or if you wish to initiate a return for any other reason, you must do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are unable to accept return requests after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed upon the successful return of the product, provided it meets our conditions.

Conditions for a Valid Refund:
The product must be in its original, unused condition, including the original packaging, tags, and accompanied by the original invoice. Without these, a refund may not be possible.

Refund Timeline:

Once the return process is initiated and the product is received at the Manik Chand Jewellers warehouse, the refund will be issued to your account via NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days.
