1. “Jewellery” refers to predesigned items or jewellery set with Gold, Natural diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds available for sale on manikchand.in or our retail stores. All Jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.
2. “Mounts” (or Prongs) are designs that hold diamond(s) in place, which may or may not include diamonds. Members may select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery.
3. “Loose Diamonds” are individual diamonds purchasable without being set on Mounts.

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Manik Chand Jewellers. Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use these trademarks without prior written permission from Manik Chand Jewellers.

2. The price valid on the day of purchase/advance payment will apply.

4. Final pricing may adjust slightly due to variances between estimated and actual metal/diamond costs in finished products. Adjustments will be collected/refunded at the time of sale.

1. This website provides access to jewellery trading, pricing, news, and related services. Certain features are exclusive to registered Members.
2. Product images may appear larger/smaller than actual size due to photography techniques or screen settings. Manik Chand Jewellers is not liable for discrepancies in visual representation.

1. Full Refund: Orders canceled within 24 hours* qualify for a full refund, minus 1% payment gateway charges.
2. Post-24 Hours: Cancellations incur a ₹1,000 processing fee + 2% gateway charges.
3. Customized Orders: Making charges are non-refundable.
4. Partial cancellations (for orders with ≥2 items) are permitted.
Refund Methods:
- Prepaid orders: Amount credited to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your bank account.
- Gift Cards: Refunded back to the gift card.
